Breast milk is the best for babies. WHO recommend that babies in their first 6 months are fed exclusively by breast milk if possible. Before you decide to use our infant or follow-on formula products, consult your doctor, a health worker or other professional who knows your individual circumstance and health condition for advice.

Feeding your baby with formula milk partially may reduce the volume of breast milk you could produce. It would be difficult to reverse this decision. If you breast feed your baby, it is vitally important to maintain a healthy and balanced diet during the breast feeding period or your baby could suffer malnutrition and/or slow physical and cognitive development.

If you do choose or have to feed your baby with formula milk, proper preparation of feeding bottles and access to clean and boiled water is essential. You must follow instructions show on the packaging exactly and prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not change proportion of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby very ill. Infants over 6 months should be offered foods in addition to infant formula.
